  • 1/4 cup Meraki Forest Honey

  • 2 tablespoons of MERAKI extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 2 cups of rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup flaked almonds

  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds

  • Preheat the oven to 163 °C.

  • Forest honey, olive oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl

  • Mix and stir briefly.

  • Add the remaining dry ingredients, mix well with a large spatula and combine everything thoroughly.

  • Spread the mixture thinly on a rimmed baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes, until very lightly toasted.

  • Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving or storing.

Tip: Can be stored in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or in the refrigerator for up to one month.
