1/4 cup Meraki Forest Honey
2 tablespoons of MERAKI extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 cups of rolled oats
1/2 cup flaked almonds
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
Preheat the oven to 163 °C.
Forest honey, olive oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl
Mix and stir briefly.
Add the remaining dry ingredients, mix well with a large spatula and combine everything thoroughly.
Spread the mixture thinly on a rimmed baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes, until very lightly toasted.
Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving or storing.
Tip: Can be stored in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or in the refrigerator for up to one month.
